2025 VS 2026: People and systems top reasons for departure
Even among different groups of survey respondents, lack of growth/opportunities and bad company culture were two of the top three reasons women had left roles in both 2025 and 2026. This year, we also introduced a new choice: bad manager, which 70% of respondents said had influenced a decision to leave.
